Free Parent Consultation Call with our Support Coordinator.
Every family begins with a complimentary 20–30-minute call with Steve, our Support Coordinator. This call provides an opportunity to:
Share your child’s background, needs, and goals
Learn more about our coaching process and services
Ask questions about scheduling, pricing, and packages
Explore which service option may be the best fit for your family
This initial call ensures that you feel informed and supported before scheduling a full intake session with our speech therapist. There’s no pressure— just a chance to connect, feel heard, and learn how our support might fit your family’s journey.
Individual Sessions & Specialty Service Rates
Intake Session ~ 60 minutes: $325*
Includes discussion of your child's strengths, areas they need support, parent goals, and a tailored roadmap with next steps. Initial consultations are required before booking a coaching session.
*If you book a package after your intake session, the $325 is applied toward your package total. Package rates are listed below.
One-Time Consultation ~ 60 minutes: $275
Quick Check In ~ 30 minutes: $125
Available for families who have already completed a package and want a short follow-up session before starting the next one. These are designed for quick troubleshooting, encouragement, or small adjustments.
AAC Evaluation/Device Consultation: $500
Comprehensive assessment, feature matching, and guidance on device selection/implementation,
Language Sample Analysis (Gestalt/NLA): $300
Collection and analysis of natural language samples to guide next steps in therapy.
IEP/Advocacy School Support Meeting: $350
Document review, prep, or participation in school meetings (virtual or in person if local).
Accessibility: We believe high-quality support should be accessible. A limited number of reduced fee or sliding scale spots are available upon request. Please reach out to discuss what works best for your situation.
